
Ondo Finance Debuts SEC-Aligned Tokenised Stocks With Broadridge
Ondo Finance says it has launched the first tokenised U.S. securities that stay fully within existing regulation, offering token holders full voting rights.

Ondo Finance has unveiled what it describes as the first live model for third-party tokenised U.S. securities that operates entirely inside the current American regulatory framework, a development with implications for how European investors and platforms may eventually access tokenised equities across the Africa–Europe corridor.
The company announced the launch in partnership with Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR), according to Finextra. CoinDesk reported that the structure also relies on transfer agent Oasis Pro and is built around the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's third-party custodial model.
